Clinical Goal:  Conservatively maintain and increase muscle length of adductors, hamstring and gastroc-soleus (early intervention for children 2-5 years of age); delay multi-level surgey, complement multi-level Botulinim Toxin A 

Evaluation/Casting:  Cast each leg individually and segmentally, correcting all foot-ankle joints to neutral and for maximum knee extension, cast to just below perineum.   Read more on Casting Considerations.
